Welcome to NiteCrew. By downloading, accessing, or using the NiteCrew application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NiteCrew. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive location or safety information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

4. Location and Safety Features

NiteCrew provides location sharing, Safe Zone alerts, and other safety tools as convenience features. These tools are not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services (e.g. 999 in Hong Kong). NiteCrew does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of location data or safety alerts at all times.

5. Crew and Groups

You are responsible for the crew members you add and the information you share with them. By enabling Drink Mode, you consent to sharing your location with your invited crew members for the duration of the session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and features of the Service are the intellectual property of NiteCrew. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved. We are not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiteCrew and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
